Submission

The Ecuadorian Chapter of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), Communications Society (ComSoc) and Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) invite to the students and professors of the EPN to participate in the CONTESTUDENT EPN 2019 . The three best papers of CONTESTUDENT EPN 2019 will be awarded a full scholarship to attend the conference Ecuador Technical Chapters Meeting - ECTM-2019 . if the paper is selected in the ETCM-2019 .

All the papers will receive feedback from the reviewers to improve their quality before being sent to the ETCM-2019. Additionally all authors will receive a course on: "how to present scientific papers".

The papers should be written in English, the official language of the ETCM-2019 or co-located IEEE LA-CCI 2019 . Submission guidelines for papers must be formatted according to the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings. Submission of papers will be accepted via Easychair in PDF format.
